• Complete Design/Build Service:

We coordinate a collaborative approach to your project from start to completion. (See "Design/ Build Approach" for details.)

• General Contracting:

If you have building plans, we can provide general contracting services and manage the entire project on your behalf. Please keep in mind that building plans prepared by a non-State licensed architect or designer (plans purchased from a website) often require modifications to meet State and local building codes.

• Project Management:

This service involves managing major aspects of the project while you, as the homeowner, assume some responsibilities. This is an effective cost-saving method, particularly when you want more involvement in the project.

• Owner/Builder Program:

If you want to act as your own general contractor, we'll provide hands-on support and advisory services along the way for the building plans, the building material packages, and access to approved sub-contractors and suppliers.

Our engineering, structural, mechanical, concrete, and electrical crews are only a few of the contractors on-site during construction. Our construction management team will lead, coordinate, engage, and measure the progress of the crews daily. Our number one task is to ensure that a quality job is completed - on time and within budget.
